Recruitment Coordinator ( Contract)

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will assist with managing Unilever’s Referral Program, by maintaining referral tracker, working closely with Talent Advisors, connecting with employees who made referrals and managing the post hire process. You will track upcoming hiring events and capture their results. As a member of Unilever Talent Acquisition team, you will also manage subscriptions usage of Indeed account, track sponsored jobs and learn how to use Workday. You will be encouraged to identify trends and come up with ideas and proposals of how to make things better.
