Counseling Supervisor, Adolescent Program

Calling all clinical counselors, therapists, and social workers!

Youth Outreach Services is a multi-service organization that works with adolescents ages 11-21 experiencing homelessness, child welfare involvement, or juvenile justice involvement. We are currently looking for a supervisor to oversee our clinical counseling program. This program provides a nationally accredited evidence-based therapy model to adolescents involved with the juvenile justice system. Oversee a team of 4-7 therapists/interns providing group, family, and individual counseling. The supervisor would also participate in groups and may carry a small caseload. Excellent opportunity for newer clinicians who want to grow their clinical skills as well as gain supervisory experience and hours toward licensure. We provide all necessary training regarding the evidence-based model as well as receive regular consultation from the model developers. Master's Degree required; 1-2 years therapy experience with adolescents preferred. Eligible for clinical licensure within 6 months.
