Employee Engagement Program Intern (Long-term)
The Bank is seeking for a detail-oriented intern to join our HR Department to support and promote the employee engagement events. The internship is based in mid-town New York.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning, materials designing, and Bank-wide promotion of the events
- Work closely with all stakeholders in the Bank to facilitate event logistics and set up
- Conduct market research on HR best practices and understand the market trend of employee engagement
Requirements:
- Exceptional writing skills, particularly in the area of event planning or marketing
- Must be detailed oriented and able to communicate with different levels of employees in a corporate environment
- Must be able to commit to a Mon. to Fri. full-time onsite schedule
- Previous event planning or marketing internship experience is preferred
