General Outpatient Therapist/QMHP

This is a regular, full-time position for a therapist (QMHP) to work on the Newberg Behavioral Health team. Working closely with an integrated behavioral health team, this position provides services using training and experience in evidence-based practices with a diverse group of clients, which may include adolescents, children, adults, and families. Duties will include providing treatment to assigned clients, diagnosis and treatment planning activities, performing integrated behavioral health assessments, and individual and family therapy. Other duties will include maintaining accurate treatment records, collaborative documentation, effective case management, and coordination with other agencies in serving the needs of the client. This position may be asked to support crisis coverage during regular business hours as part of a team rotation schedule and may be eligible for remote work one day a week.
