Virtual Student Federal Service Internship with US Forest Service: Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests Visual Information Specialist

This posting is for a volunteer, unpaid internship position that would work alongside the Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests of the Forest Service.

What you'll do
The Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests is seeking someone with visual information experience to design and produce multimedia products, including video productions, information graphics, social media and projects incorporating all or some of these elements for use in a broad spectrum of marketing and communication products. Some of the products include creating information graphics for explaining the benefits of prescribed fires, recreating safely on the forest, posting information on social media according to a campaign calendar, and editing videos such as a recruitment outreach video.
The Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests have a combined 3 million acres in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma.
