Hope Project Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Schedule TBD; full-time position and may have additional hours for staff meetings and supervision. The schedule may be adjusted according to the needs of the program.

WAGE/BENEFITS: $25.00 per hour. Janus offers an excellent benefits program including medical, dental, life & long-term disability insurance; EAP; 401(k) and paid time off (varied eligibility waiting periods apply). Voluntary optional coverages are also available.

The Hope Partnership Project Coordinator is responsible for providing diverse and inclusive opportunities through the Hope Partnership Project for incarcerated youth in OYA facilities to connect with community members who can teach skills that will support these youth during their transition into the community. The position involves strong collaboration with community partners, volunteers, government agencies, and youth to engage the public in the process of youth development, rehabilitation and re-entry from close-custody institutions. The position will also recruit, train and supervise program staff as the program develops.
