HR Early Talent Co-op

Co-op Program Overview:

Real World Responsibilities:
Potential intern projects include:
  • Support the Early Talent Program including planning intern events, registering for Fall career fairs, ordering career fair display and giveaway items, and other coordination of the program
  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire, and onboard new interns for a variety of departments
  • Engage with and support other interns during their assignments
As part of our team we will:
  • Provide you with these real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
 
Must haves:
  • Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field
  • Availability to work in Bothell, WA for 3 months full-time (40hrs/wk)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Detail oriented
 
Nice to haves:
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Positive and energetic
  • Graduating in 2023
