HR Generalist Intern

Real World Responsibilities:
Potential intern projects include:
  • Conduct routine generalist tasks such as review resumes, schedule interviews, new hire onboarding.
  • Attend after lunch meetings with departments on the production floor.
  • Assist with monthly morale events and other activities that are scheduled.
  • Create screen cloud slides, updates and ensure monitors are maintained operationally.
  • Team Member customer service, and other tasks as they arise.
As part of our team we will:
  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career.
  • Provide Human Resources professionals and functional leaders business data-driven insights utilizing analytical tools.
 
Must haves:
  • Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Ability to work full-time for 3-4 months in North Bend, WA
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to various levels of work assignments.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and positions in the organization.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written format.
  • Dependable, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Can work well, both independently and in teams.
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Office products.
 
Nice to haves:
  • General eagerness to support workforce analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Positive, resourceful, and energetic

The compensation for this position is $22/hr for undergraduate interns and $24/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
