BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - I.I.B.H.T. - $7,500 Hiring Sign-On, Relocation, upon review

JOB SUMMARY:

Rural Behavioral Health Agency seeks a progressive clinician to work as a Behavioral Health Clinician - In Home Behavioral Health Treatment (I.I.B.H.T.) with challenging children and their families utilizing a home and community-based treatment model. Intensive treatment format includes coordination and collaboration with referring child-serving agencies and small caseloads. Intervention utilizes a team-based approach that includes skills training, family peer support services, psychiatric consultation, and ongoing program oversight and clinical supervision. We are located on the beautiful North Oregon Coast. 

Schedule:
This is a full-time position. While generally a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, this program model will require flexible scheduling, depending on child/family needs.

**Successful Passing of a UA, Background Check and Proof of Vaccine completion is required (Healthcare)
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Required Education and Experience
  • Master’s Degree in related Behavioral Health discipline
  • Pursue and/or maintain licensure and addictions certification as required by TFCC
  • Complete State Investigator Civil Commitment training
  • Clinical experience within a community behavioral health agency setting
 
Preferred Education and Experience
  • License preferred – LCSW, LPC, LMFT
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish 
  • Previous Electronic Medical Records experience

BENEFITS: 

This is a full-time position that offers a generous salary and benefits package including medical/vision/RX/dental, vacation/sick/holiday leave bank, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and 403(B) retirement benefits. $4,565 to $6,852 - Monthly Range.
