Bilingual Social Worker

Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) Social Worker? Do you consider mental health services should be provided preventively rather than reactively? At Seneca, we are looking for a Bilingual Social Worker for our Crisis Mobile Response Team (MRT)!

As a Bilingual Crisis Response Social Worker, you'll provide proactive, early interventions before crises escalate to divert youth from more restrictive interventions and reduce the criminalization of mental health for young people. MRT Crisis Response Staff provides these same-day crisis intervention services in homes, schools, and community locations in Contra Costa County. Crisis Response Staff complete a comprehensive risk assessment and work with youth and caregivers to develop a safety plan. The service is intended to offer families, schools, and providers an alternative to calling 911 when law enforcement may not be necessary for the level of presenting concerns.
