Therapist - Kaiser Wrap Concord

Want to help improve the lives of at-risk youth in your community? At Seneca, we do every day.
As a Therapist on our team, you will provide individual and family therapy, develop safety plans with youth and families as needed, and collaborate with other team members to implement overall treatment and services for assigned clients. You will have the opportunity to intervene with the clients’ behavior management programs as needed; with limited documentation requirements, you will have more time to focus on providing much needed services for your clients.
Seneca Family of Agencies has been a leading Wraparound provider in California for over 20 years, and our success in enhancing youth safety, permanency, and well-being has garnered the attention of healthcare networks such as Kaiser Permanente. The Kaiser Wrap Program works with youth and families with acute mental health needs to stabilize these families providing services almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, schools, other community locations.
Seneca Family of Agencies is committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities a network of outstanding mental health, community based, and educational services. We are committed to building a diverse staff and strongly encourages people of color to apply. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.
