The people were all great! Most of the others I worked with were also interns and everyone was ready to work and learn from each other. Shelly the director was amazing and so helpful! The work load was not bad and I was able to learn a lot surrounding mental health in the youth
What I wish was different
I wish there was a little more direction given for work tasks but after asking clarifying questions I was able to get the work done in a manner everyone was happy with!
Advice
Communicate with the people you're working with! Everyone's learning and ready to help out whenever you need it.

What I liked
I liked the executive director Shelly Jordan. She is very positive and upbeat. She allows us to work using our own skills and listens to constructive suggestion. I also liked that I could work online and at my own pace. I had deadlines to meet but I could do them at my convenience. The interns I am working with are always ready to accept assignmetns very diligent at completing them.
What I wish was different
I don't have anything to compare it with so I don't have any suggestions.
Advice
I would work with this organization again if I had to do another internship. They have a wide variety of positions that will fulfill many different requirements for internships.
